Finger Printing letter not received

Hi All,
I have applied in EB2 category and my priority date is 06/19/2003, my I140 has been approved and I have applied my I485 on 09/17/2007, but I haven't received my FP notice yet. The first time I called them, they put a request and asked me to wait for 90 days. Second time I called, they put one more request and asked me to wait for 45 days. Even after that when I didn't get FP notice, they put the third request for me.
Is there any other way I can get my FP notice or I just have to keep creating requests until I get one.
Please help!!

I already on my third service request and didn't get any reason from them for not getting my finger print notice.

Your best bet would be to talk to IO whichever service center I-485 is sitting, this is very common problem with TSC, using POJ method call them and get finger prints scheduled, 1-800-375-5283 then 1-2-2-6-1 file number then 1-3-4

My receipt date is July 12, 2007. Is any one out there who has RD close to mine and hasn't received FP notice yet?

we got second FP notice for primary on Sept 2008.485 Applied on Aug 2007.EB3 India.PD- March 2004

I am also in same shoes.... I have never got a single Biometric.

1. August 2007: Applied 485 at CSC
2. Oct 2007: Got transfer to TSC
3. From Oct 2007 to Feb 2009: Filed SR1, Filed SR2, Went for InfoPass1, Filed SR3, Went for Infopass2, Went for Infopass3.
4. All SR were useless and yielded no info.
5. Told at InfoPass1(June 2008) that my case is with FBI for Name check.
6. Told at InfoPass2(Nov 2008) that my Name check was cleared in September 2008 and case is with USCIS now.
7. Told at InfoPass3(Feb 2009) that they have no idea why I am not getting the Biometrics.

What are my options??

Please suggest....

could someone please tell me how soon after one receives their I140, EAD and Advance parole do they receive their appointment notice for finger printing? I received my I 140 2/4/2009. I am EB2 and my priority date is 2/23/2003.
