Visiting other Countries with Green Card

what are the countries we need a visa to go as a Green Card holder? I mean to say what countries wave the visa requirement for Green Card holders?

I know Canada does not need a visa if you are visiting..

so can someone share their stories.. if we need a visa to visit some countries..
