This would be the least thing is his long list. No way. We are struck. Our Finger Printers (taken during ~July 2007) are invalid now.

If you get a FP notice, you should be happy. That shows someone opened your file out of a dusted pile.

Getting a GC is not an issue now, but keeping the job is. Damn it. BUllSHit screwed up big.

LUD on I-485 Today, Why?
I saw a LUD today on my I-485. My PD is not current. Done FP in last July (2008) for EAD. Got EAD last July (2008) for two years. Got Parol last December (2008). Now what?

Chance are we can get GC April 2009. if we get it.

Our case is denied...cause previous employer revoked 140.They didn't check our previous AC21 docs.We submitted MTR.

Hi Delicateone,

Did your I485 status also get changed to something different? In my case I got an LUD on my I485 case with status showing transfer of the case from TSC to NSC (this happened after 8-9 months). I want to know if this is happening with all the cases.

I got LUD on my I-485 on 4/28 and then nothing. Perhaps it's just a scan through in the system, not sure! Anyone saw same thing with their case?

saw LUD dated 4/21/09
Hi GCOnly,

I just got back from my infopass apt. and the lady there said that my backgroud check was cleared and the file is under review. I haven't been active for a long time and just saw an LUD on my case dated 4/21/09 whereas she told me that someone looked at my file on 4/27/09.

Guys please throw some input. Any ideas what this might mean. When i went to processing times it shows that TSC is processing cases with RD july 31 07 and mine is Aug. 2 , 2007. Is there any hope?
