I-765 question 11
In the EAD application for item 11 do I mention the EAD, I got as an F-1 student, or is that not relevant when filing I-485 and 765? Thanks.

The question is supposedly relevant to any EADs regardless of category. You should list EADs you've had in the past even if they are not C-9.
