Green Card
I Am In The Untied States With A Visitors Visa, My Father Is A Us Citizen Who Wishes To Petition For Me 1) Do I Have To Apply For Adjustment Of Status (i-485) Once The I-130 Has Been Approved 2) Do I Loose My Visitors Visa While My Case Is Pending AND 3) CAN I APPLY FORM I-765 WITH THE I-130 APROVED

How old are you? It is unlikely you will be able to file an I-485.

Hey I have the same problem as Jenny, I am in the US on a B-2 visa, i am waiting for I-130 approval which my mother has applied for me, she has a green card, I still can stay here for 5 months legally, so can I apply for a 1-485, and can stay here legally after 5 months, or do I have to go back to my home country and wait the long processing time? Im 25 years old
