AP for Parents

In form 131 for my mother (AOS)-
Part 7

Do I need to attach seperate sheet of paper to explain how she qualifies for AP?

Please advise.

Thanks. you are correct. I read the I-131 instruction again, it does state that for people with pending I-485, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence is sufficient(so I assume filing I-130, I-485 and I-131 concurrently falls under this category).
