I-130 Process
Hello
I am just moving over to this thread after spending years in the Citizenship thread. I will become a USC on August 28, 2008! I will then upgrade my husband's file . Can anyone tell me the process of the I-130 and what I can expect? On the USCIS website it looks like the processing times are the same for I-130 and I-129F... Any and all advice or information will be appreciated, Ftm
