Does I-134 & I-864 need to be signed by lawyer or notarized?

Does the affidavit of support forms (I-134 & I-864) need to be notarized or signed by a lawyer?

I-134 needs to be notarized by a notary public or an immigration officer. I-864 - doesn't.
