family sponsor
i m a us resident , my husband too. i want to sponsor my brother but i dont work. so i m asking if my husband can sponsor my brother or not??

You should file I 130 for your brother, however he can sponcer (I 864A) file to suppot you. This should not be a problem. You will need to file I 864 when your I 130 approved.

Are you a US resident or a citizen? Only a US citizen can sponsor siblings for permanent residence.

my husband and me have a GC. and im a sking if he can sponsor my brother because i m student now and i dont have income to sponsor my brother .

Neither of you are eligible to sponsor your brother. You need to wait until you become a US citizen.

As TRC said, your brother cannot be sponsored by you for permanent residency until you become a citizen. Your husband cannot sponsor your brother even when he becomes a US citizen.
