I485 and I-94
I am a USC.
I filed I-130 and I485 for my parent in June '08. The expiry date on her I-94 is Oct '08. I have read that the I-94 date does not apply after you file for I485. I would like confirmation on this. Thanks, ====== Sorry if this gets posted again. I got an error message when I tried first.
