EAD pending since May/21/2008
Hi, Many of the people in this forum have their EAD application approved in under 2 months. Mine is pending since May 21 at TSC. My 485 is pending at TSC too.(PD July 2003, India). The current pending application is my 5th one. In each of previous occassions application has been approved in under 2 months of time.
Is anybody in the same boat? Please share your thoughts.

Did u took an infopass or tried calling customer service before receiving this approval ??

No. USCIS did not give me an opportunity to see pretty faces in its local office. Mine was approved exacly on 90th day.

I am also in the same situation. In fact it is little more worse. My employer might not wait for another week. I see that your EAD was approved on the 90th day, when did you get your card? Can you start working once your card is approved or do you have to get it in hand before you can start working? Please help!!!
