length of time for MTR
Guys,
I filed a motion to reconsider with the New York district office, who confirmed the receipt of the motion on May 30, 2008. Now, I have been waiting for 71 days and I have not heard anything as yet. Anyone knows the length of time when I can expect a decision on my MTR case? I have a job interview next Wednesday and I am sure the company will ask me when I will have an answer on the case. I am not sure what to say and I would really appreciate any insight on the timeframe for MTR. Thanks in advance.
