I-485 RFE but no "Gold Sheet"

My wife and I received RFE on our 485 today, requesting us to respond to the RFE within 4 weeks. The letter mentions that we should attach the attached "Gold Sheet" with the response. However, there is no gold/orange/pink sheet that we can find with our RFE. Is it okay to respond to the RFE without the "Gold Sheet"? Please advise.

Yellow colored RFE letter is the one they want back. So make copies of those RFE letters and send originals back with the evidence.
