File I130 and EAD for wife?

Hi, I just got my U.S. citizenship and will start to apply for PR for my wife. She is currently working under H1-B visa.

Should I just use I130 form for her PR application? How about EAD and AP? Can I file these two the same time I file the I130 for her?

Thanks.

You also need to file an I-485. With regards to EAD and AP, if she does not intend to change jobs and has a valid visa for travel, they are not needed.

filing EAD and AP will remove her dependency on her employer to maintain legal status.

I think my post at http://immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=282291 should be helpful.

No, the I-485 will do that. Neither the EAD nor AP conveys legal status within the US.
