How long more to wait for GC after Partition date becomes current?
If my partition date becomes current,
how long more do I have to wait for my GC?

if your i-130 PRIORITY date is current, you then have to file I-485 if you are in the USA and it should take less than 1 year for the GC to be approved.

New cut off date takes effect on 15th of the month that bulletin is for, BTW.
