I-130 Section D, Question #1
This question reads, "If separate petitions are also being filed for other relatives, give the names of each and relationship." What does this mean? A friend is a LPR and he's petitioning for his sons both of whom are unmarried and over 21. I recall filling out this question as a "NO" for my parents but I don't remember why I did it that way only that someone at USCIS told me so. What should my friend fill in? Any idea, could it have something to do with the beneficiary having a wife and kids, please help.
