Petition For My Parents.pls Help....

Hi All.
I Am A Usa Citizen And Now I Want To Put A File For My Parents Who Are In India.
All Of My Dad's Documents Are Ok,but In My Mom's Birth Certificate And In My Mom's Passport, her Name Is Little Bit Different.
So I Decided To Make A Notary From A Lawyer, saying That This Is The Same Person.
Is That Ok??
We Change Her Passport 3 Times But With Every Passport, they Did Some Mistake And Now We Are Tired Of Making Application For The Passport.
This Time In Her Passport, there Is No Spouse Name.
Previous Time, the Birth Place Was Wrong.
Now I Dont Know Whether I Should Put The File Or Not.
Pls Help Me Guys,i Am In Big Trouble.
Thanks.

Should not be an issue.
None of my three passports has any mention of my spouse

You've probably already seen this, but the instructions for the I-130 state that affidavits can sometimes be submitted in place of a document. The tricky bit is meeting the requirements as set forth by USCIS.
Affidavits: Written statements sworn to or affirmed by two persons who were living at the time and who have personal knowledge of the event you are trying to prove. For example, the date and place of birth, marriage or death. The person making the affidavit does not have to be a U.S. citizen. Each affidavit should contain the following information regarding the person making the affidavit: his or her full name, address, date and place of birth and his or her relationship to you, if any, full information concerning the event, and complete details explaining how the person acquired knowledge of the event.
Based on that description, I'm not sure an affidavit from a lawyer would be sufficient, unless of course the lawyer has personally known the applicant since birth....
