Can I use Court order for the BC

Will they accept court order from magistrate for the Birth certificate. If not, what is the alternative to convince them if is BC is unavailable.

The court order should be acceptable. Your consulate should also be able to provide a document in lieu of a birth certificate.

Please proceed. Worst case, you may have to obtain those affidavits later. Good luck!!!
