When is easier to change my last name?
I am currently using my 2 year conditional GC and will renew it at the end of this year.
Right now, both my passport, driver's license and GC still in my maiden name. But I am hoping to change my last name sometimes (maybe even my first name, since most of the people know me by my western name) I am wondering when will be the time to do it? and how to do it? When I am renewing my GC or when I am applying for my citizenship?  thank you so much for any advise.
