Got GC
guys i know its simple questions,,,my husband just got his GC last week valid for 10 years,,,, we are planning to go to our home country India in May 1st week for 10 days....i am a US citizen and husband got GC based on my petition and adjustment of status here in US. His India Passport is valid till 2012 but American Visa expired in 2005.
Should be this problem while reentering to US for him or not? and also what all documents needs to be taken for getting safe back in US? |
