I-864 Proof of Relative That Assists in Meeting Income Requirements
Hello,
Do anyone know what is acceptable to show proof of relationship for a relative to assist in meeting the income requirements? For my case, wife is sponsor and will use her sister to assist. She also lives in the same household. According to the I-864 checklist: Proof of their residency in your household and relationship to you if they are not the intending immigrant or are not listed as dependents on your Federal income tax return for the most recent tax year
