Alien Files

Can anyone list me exactly what records are maintained in the Alien/PR Files and BCP files of an Alien/PR? Do Yearly Income Tax Records or any other court case paper work also included in them? thanks.

An "A" file (at least in theory) contains all the immigration documents you ever filed (I-485 is an example), filed on your behalf (for example I-140) or other paperwokr (background check results, interview notes taken by an officer). The only tax returns the file should have are the returns you gave them.

What court case paperwork are you talking about?

Yes, provided they were part of any filing in your immigration history.

I was under the impression that when an immigrant or naturalized citizen have law suits of any nature or have unemployment claims and their yearly tax returns are also copied to USCIS, by the Employment comm/legal/law enforcement system. Also BCP records perhaps show exit from and entry of immigrants and naturalized citizens to USA. This is besides the paper work submitted for GC or subsequently for Citizenship.

can anyone provide any info. on the same? thanks
