what are the steps to be taken to get Gc for the whole family.

can my dad apply only for my sister or apply for her family (what happens if she gives birth to future children)

if i applied today as of today how much fee does it take (from application fee to bioletric fee) per adult whole fee from start to finish.

Yes, she'd fall under FB3 where the wait for an available visa is between 8 and 17 years, depending on country of birth. Where was she born?

While he only petitions for her, her spouse and children can get immigrant visas as derivative beneficiaries.
