worked without EAD, what happends?

I worked without EAD, and file taxes joint with my wife, even though I should not have worked, we needed it to survive! she is going to school and working full time, and i had to work to help out!

we filed our taxes together, and i sent the joint taxes to USCIS, i just could not lie! had to do what is right, even though i'd done wrong!

would the fact that i worked, without EAD, and filled joint taxes be of any inconvenience on the process?

Good, you were not supposed to lie. I'm assuming your wife is a US citizen so your illegal employment will be forgiven. Had you tried to hide it, it could have resulted in a lifetime bar. It's also good that you paid your taxes.
