Last Friday Philadelphia AOS interview experience? : (
Hi,
B1 married to USC before I week I 94 expire, I know my wife since 2005 we met on internet. I had interview last Friday at Philadelphia Immigration office, at 11:30 we went there 11:15 and they took us 11:45 interviewer was very professional he asked, my address information, I told our address why did I come to USA? for conference When did I come? I said entry date Did i work illegally here ? No Did I apply for job ? No Do I have a driver license ? No Did I stay any other address? No my wife : How did we meet ? Who proposed whom ? why marriage happened too fast ? Did my wife mom attend the wedding ? We answered those question and he asked other standard question. Have I ever arrested ? and other questions. I just got my SSN 2 days before interview so we did not have much joint documents, ( we had electric, gas, bills and joint back account, and old emails we sent each other, and some pictures with my wife family. He copied some pictures and he took my I94 form and said He put that in my file because its expired. He told we will review our case and if he need something he will let us know and interview finished. We did not sing anything and he gave me my passport without stamp. We came to home and looked on the internet and case still same : ( I am wondering is that mean second interview or worse ? Do you have an any idea when I get the response? Impossible to say how your case will turn out. All you can do is wait for USCIS to send you a notice. 2nd interviews (stokes) typically seem to be conducted +1yr or so.

nonseca, amongst the questions they asked you, four of them (why did I come to USA? When did I come? Who proposed whom ? why marriage happened too fast ? ) looks very easy but are very technical.
Did you say you got married one week be4 you 1-94 expired? also who proposed to whom? |

I did not say I got married before 4 days I94 expire I thought he already knew it, and I prosed to my wife to marry me, we just say everything truly. He asked me two times if I worked in USA I said no two times and he also asked if I have driver licence I said no, my concern is we did not have much joint documents and much pictures, he did not say anything but i seemed he did not satisfied with those documents maybe, but I told him I just got my SSN number two days ago, He was kind of in rush, I could not understand, maybe He wanted sent us early because he may go lunch break or something. He was really very professional and neat. I really dont know what will going to be happen?
