Processing Dates for Applications and Petitions

Hy,

Me and my husband are US permanent residents (DV-lottery) and we applied for a re-entry permit( I- 131) in December 2007 .

I try to find out the processing dates for applications and petitions, at :
https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/pti...1WK_ck6rKwrMFr

It's not to clear what push button should I choose .
We mailed the application to Nebraska Service Center from Chicago.

Depending on the pushbuttons I choose , I get different proccesing dates.
So... Should I choose :

1) As a field office Chicago, IL and as a Service Center Nebraska and push the third pushbutton for processing dates ?

or

2) Only the Service Center as Nebraska and push the second button for processing dates?

If you have a clue, please reply, because it''s important for us when we get the answer to our application.

Thank you.

Does anybody have any clue as to why the I-131 processing date retrogressed? On Dec 15, 2007 they were processing applications received on July 14, 2007 but on Jan 15, 2008 the date went back to June 8, 2007.

How is this possible?

I'm wondering about that too, what I've learned, they usually process I-131 in 4 months.
