GC Holder, need info on name change

Hi guys, I got my GC through asylee, I got stuck on FBI name check for 4+ years during the I485 process. I'm thinking of changing my name, it's for personal reason, not because of FBI name check. I prefer to do it now than doing it during the naturalization process.
How do I do it? Will it cause problem during naturalization?

If you do it before naturalization, when you apply for naturalization they'll do a name check on both the old and new names, thereby doubling your chances of getting stuck. And the different names on your records could confuse the buffoons processing your application, resulting in additional delays.

You will need a court order from the state court system to change your name.
