Do I have to ask 2 ppl to write letter ? i-751 filling question

I am going to mail my I-751 form tomorrow.

Per the instruction, all I need are :

1) GC front side +back side
2)evidence of relationship( mortgage, tax return, Insurance, bank accounts, utility bills)
3) Checks

Do I have to ask two people to write a letter about our marriage?

If no, is that all I need to provide for I-751 ?
Thanks for your time.

Affidavits from people have the "least" amount of weight on the decision for your I-751. SO, if you do not want to include them, you do not have to.

Here is something to read: http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/fa...residence.html

If you feel comfortable doing it, just go ahead and include it. Is not exactly a must since there plenty of others things that you must include, especially the financial part.

You can substitute 3 kids' birth certificates for each affidavit.

Financial documents

What are these financial documents that are so important to be filed with the application? I'm asking in order not to miss out on any important supporting evidence for I-751.

And also, 2 photos are no longer required for I-751. Is that correct?

Evidence of the Relationship

3. Financial records showing joint ownership of assets and joint responsibility for liabilities, such as joint savings and checking accounts, joint federal and state tax returns, insurance policies that show the other spouse as the beneficiary, joint utility bills, joint installments or other loans.

Per the instructions, no passport pictures required unless overseas due to military/government orders.

Thanks for the reply.

Do you also need to include a copy of the birth certificate of the US citizen spouse in the application?
