The airlines provide a passenger manifest to USCIS.

Oh gawd, not this topic again.
You should assume CBP knows where you've been, because passenger manifests are shared between the carrier and various govt agencies. There may also be some exchange of information between US customs and allied nations. Hard to say for sure, but don't bet on the IO being completely unaware. A further consideration is that you should never lie to USCIS because it can and will lead to denial/revocation of benefits if you are ever found out. |

All airlines operating international flights to and from the US supply passenger manifests to USCIS. Why does it matter to you if USCIS knows when and for where did you leave the US? To be honest, I have noticed less questions being asked upon entry since the API (advance passenger information) programme has been running.
