I-130 Nebraska Service Center

Hi Guys,
I am a US citizen and applying for my wife's GC. (She is not in USA). In USCIS web site it mentions that we should send form I-130 to chicago starting from Dec 3, 2007. (I live in Minnesota).

I know we (Minnesota) used to send it to Nebraska Service Center. I just want to verify that I have read it right from USCIS web site (sending I-130 to Chicago). Please, reply if you have applied recently.

How long it takes to get the Recipt Notice? Please post your timeline if possible.

Are you sending all of the forms at once? If so, the chicago lock box is the place to send it.

No. Since my spouse is not in USA, I only need to send I-130.

It would be really great if you guys could forward me to the right thread (Forum).
Thanks.

I think thats Correct

They have changed ot from December 3rd. Earlier they used to decide on whether to forward or not. Now its better to send it to Chicago lockbox.
