Question regarding I751
Do we have to submit passport size photos. The only mention of them in the instructions is in the exception clause if you are filing from outside the country...
If anyone who has recently filed or has more information can enlighten me on this, it would be greatly appreciated Thanks

The instructions say submit them if you are outside of the USA. So if you are outside, submit them, if you are not outside of the USA then do not submit them.
