Who else can't access their case status online?
It seems I'm not the only one with this problem.
(And what can those of us with this problem do to get it resolved, or at least check for case updates?)

I cannot access my 485 online either, but the rest I can....

You are not the only one in this boat. Same here, I cannot access mine as well. Thus far, I am not concerned about it as I assume the are propably slow in getting the info updated in thier system. As long as my case is progressing normaly without any hiccups, I'm fine with that.

I couldn't access my applications online until last week after my FP was completed. When I called USCIS about this I was informed that they are significantly behind on updating the online entries. Hope this helps.
