Hi,

My spouse is on H1B and EAD (dependent EAD) . Can my spouse start a small business using EAD and manage the business ? . If yes, will my spouse lose
H1B status ?

Yes, once she starts using/working EAD for her own company or different company, then she would end up losing her H1B status.
