Question on birth certificate for married woman

If the birth is going to be registered after marriage, should the birth certificate be under maiden name or the name after marriage?

Can somebody please answer?

Your birth certificate does not change. You are born with one name, that name may be changed later through a court order, marriage certificate, etc... but the name will change in only documents of current identification (such as Driver's License, Passport, etc) you Birth Certificate does not change, you were not born married...
