Health Insurance Options

I have searched the forums and just wanted to hear from some people who have gotten health insurance for their parents.

It seems getting group health insurance thru forming our own corporations might be the best option, based on what someone suggested here. Is anyone doing this?

What other options are there? I am in NJ but I have a brother in NY. What state would be better for my parents in terms of health insurance?

That is really not an option.

Only the employees can get group insurance through a company. In order to be an employee, you must have a social security number, must be working full time and must be paid prevailing wages and be paid social security/medicare everything.

For visiting parents, look at http://www.buyamericaninsurance.com/visitor.jsp
For immigrant parents, look at http://www.buyamericaninsurance.com/newimmigrant.jsp

I think you are confusing it with H1B visa. An employee in the States can get minimum wages and still be eligible for benefits...
