Need help in filling N-470 and re-entry permit

Hello All,

I am in process of filing N-470 and re-entry permit for my self and have few question:

1. If some one has dual citizenship, does he/she needs to declare this on N-470 in field of “Country of Citizenship”? It’s only asking for country and not countries.

2. Do I need to attach passport and I-551 photocopies of my wife as well even if I am the primary applicant?

3. What are the pros and cons filling I-131 online Vs. direct mail? And what is the processing time for online filing?
