change status of the beneficiary
My fiance's mom just got approved her citizenship. I beleive that his mom needs to send a request letter to the USCIS for my fiance to be upgraded from FB2B to FB1.
But my fiance wants to be downgraded from FB1 to FB3 in order for me to be included in the petition(we're not married yet), is it possible? Does he needs to wait for his FB1 approval before he request for FB3 application or his mom can just request for now FB3 rather FB1 for his son? When is the best time for us to get married so I can be included in the petition? Please help. Thank you very much
