Need help - Urgent - Delay in GC process

US Citizen sponsoring for spouse and child living in India.

I-131 approved. I-864 money paid. My husband’s lawyer has said the next process is DS-230. Can anybody please help me out by saying how long all these processes would take and approximately how long would it be before we join my husband in US?

Anybody who has been through the same processes or have seen somebody else in same situation? Please help me out with information.

Here's the timeline for my parent's CP application. Obviously the London consulate stuff doesn't apply to you, but it will give you an indication how long each NVC step takes.

(VSC) I-130 notice date: 3/16/07
(VSC) I-130 approved: 4/4/07
(NVC) I-864 Fee Bill: 5/7/07
(NVC) I-864 package: 5/29/07
(NVC) DS-230 Fee Bill: 6/5/07
(NVC) DS-230 package: 7/19/07
(NVC) Case forwarded to consulate: 8/24/07
(LON) Packet 3 received from consulate: 9/19/07
(LON) Interview date: 10/5/07
