where will GC be mailedand how long?
hey guys
can anyone please answer my question 28th august 2007-card production ordered 29th august 2007 notice welcoming new permanent resident 31st august 2007-approval notice sent when i went for my 2nd FP in May i had registered my lawyers address as the place where I wanted my documents mailed. I live in an obscure place in the hills where my mail is usually returned as undeliverable . Wll my lawyer recieve the GC or will it be delivered at the address I had registered in my application? Also on an average how long does it take for the plastic to arrive? I guess after having waited so long a few more days shouldnt make a difference but i think one gets a bit excited.Feels like a load lifted of the head. You should get another email saying "Card Mailed" pretty soon. It usually takes 3-5 days after that to receive your physical GC in the mail.
And btw, Congratualtions on your approval
