E2 application and application for family based green card
Hello to all in this helpful forum.
Me and my wife want to apply for a E2 visa this year. I will be the investor, my wife the dependent. Her father is a US citicen and wants to apply a family based green card for her only. Can we get into trouble because E2 is not dual intent visa ? Please note: The investor will be my person, the family based green card will only be applied for my wife, not for me.
