Need urgent help
Hi
I am on B2 visa in US and I am planning to marry US citizen girl. We both planned to go for court marriege and then to file for immigration. But someone said that we will have to do religious marriege also within 60 days of court marriege and give that certificate to immigration office. So I want to ask is it true? As I am Muslim do I need to do Nikah within 60 days of my court marriege. Is it must? My visa is expiring in november. So upto when I should get married? If someone knows about this or gone through this please help. Thanks
