Urgent - AOS Fee filing question
I am a US citizen who applied for my parents GC. I-130 was approved and then I got the AOS Fee bill of $70 each for both my parents. But the form listed the exception that in case of US citizen filing for seperate I-864 for both parents need to send one money order of $70 and attach the AOS fee bill payment stub together in one envelope and I did that.
Now yesterday I got the instruction packet to file I-864 for only my mother and not my father. Do I need to send a seperate fees of $70 for him too??
