Issues while travelling on AP?

Hello,

I have been stuck in Namecheck for more than 2 years now. I need to travel back to India for a relative's marrige. I have already recvd. an AP which is valid to travel.

Has anyone experienced any issues while entering the US again using an AP? Are there any special questions you get asked? Also, when entering the country, what line do you stand in - as my spouse is a USC, do I stand with her? or shall I stand spearately?

Is there anything I need to worry about using my AO for travel abroad?

Thanks in advance

Check my post here: http://www.immigrationportal.com/sho...postcount=1532

I used AP right before my AOS interview, I think all of your questions will be answered by my post.

However the only thing I would worry is that while you are gone, your name check process ends and you are deemed "inadmissible" then you are won't be able to come back. Even if it is a mistake.

Thanks for the information.

Now, my I-94 was taken away by the Immigration Officer during the AOS interview almost 18 months back. Of course, since then I have been stuck in the Name Check process.

So when I leave the US and they ask for my I-94, what do I tell them?

Thanks

That you don't have one.

Forumguy2007,
I went through two APs during my 11 months I-485 and had no issues. I used the US citizen line (traveled with my wife) on all occasions, except land crossings
