Going abroad with GC ( special registration )
Hi all,
My spouse and I got he physical card about a month ago and we are planning to visit our homeland next week, would you please help me by answering these questions: - Do I need to surrender my last I-94? - Since I am Middle Eastern, do I need to apply for special registration on my way out as the case when I was on H1B status? - Do I need to carry any of the old immigration paper work ( I-485 , I-140 , etc… ) or the green physical card should be sufficient? Thanks for all your help.
