Conditional green card

posting this question for a friend.

She got married a year ago and got her conditional green card half year ago. Somehow her marriage has serious problems and can't work anymore. She wants to know if she divorces now, will she still be able to remove the condition on her green card by the time up?
She and her husband own a house.. and live together since married

it would be very difficult to remove condition alone but it can be done as long as she can prove that their marriage was bonafide.

She has to prove to uscis that she tried everything in her power to try to save the marriage. For example, they should go to a marriage counselor as a proof that they really did try to save the marriage.

Always remember that the burden of proof is up to her.

Unfortunately no

Unless your spouse abuses you and there is absolute proof of the abuse there is no way that you are going to have the conditions easily removed in my opinion and from what i have read .
