Name change of a sponsor
Hello,
I'm a GC holder and my wife is a US citizen and also my sponsor. We just moved and I filled my change of address (AR-11) online. However, my wife took my last name a few month ago and I don't know what to do with the USCIS. She is filling the I-865 form to change the address but is there a form to change her name? Should we just write her current legal name in the I-865 form? Thank you.
