Expediting H1B processing
My employer has filed my H1B (Masters Cap)on the 2nd of april and we have a receipt dated 25th of april. Is there a way My employer can expedite the processing by paying some extra fees and filing some other forms.
I have to leave the US on the 28th of July. Please guide, regards Ali

Better to wait bud...
People who paid the premium processing fee are also waiting. Due to the heavy load USCIS is taking the processing in a slow pace. Call USCIS to know if your application is stuck in security check or not. If it is not you have fair chances of speedy processing with premium processing. The processing fee can either be paid by employer or employee.
