H1 to H-1 Transfer???
Hello,
I have a question regarding H-1 to H-1 transfer? I am on OPT status as of now and i filed my H-1 with company A on April 4th'07 & i got my receipt and waiting for approval(i am confident that i will get approval).Now i want to transfer to some other company B.My OPTexpires on august 29th. My question is do i need paystubs for the same if i do that before october-1st?and wat r the other documents that i need for the same?? Thank you, santal
