moving before the interview date ?

Hey guys,
I got a letter with notice date - June 21 2007 stating my interview date is on August 28 2007.

Just one thing....my appartment lease is expiring on July 31st 2007. So...my address will be changing. I am trying to see if my lease can be extended but it is not clear right now.

In that case what would be a good way to handle this ?

No need to ask the same question twice. I already answered this in your previous post...

-------
File AR-11 online to change your address with USCIS.

Call USCIS hotline and change your address with them (to double check)

During your interview, let the Immigration Officer know that you have changed address to your new one. Whatever it is. It should not be a problem.

Congratulations on getting the interview letter, you should check the May Filers thread if you want to join us.

Follow up for Change of Address AR-11

I am trying to fill AR-11 form and submit for my change of address before my GC interview (filling through my U.SC spouse).

One question I have in AR -11 form is for

Copy Number From Alien Card
A <<<What number should I put here>>>

My Notice of ACtion asking me to appear for the interview seems to have a

Alien Number but since I don't have a GC yet should I use that ?

OR

Would this be with reference to the I-94 card that we have attached to our passport when we travel?

Should we send any other documents with AR-11 (passport photocopy or GC interview letter , etc. )

It is your A number so you should use that
You can change your address online, so no need to send any papers...
Just call them to change your address on your case - they do not do that automatically...

thanks Ninyte

I checked online and I need to do 'both'
Send the AR-11 form as well as do this online.
So I will fill up the AR-11 form as well as complete the online form.

This is what it sais before the online form.

If you choose to use this online electronic change of address notification, please do not mail in a Form AR-11. On the other hand if you choose not to use this online tool and instead choose to mail in a paper Form AR-11 please understand that doing so will not update your address on any applications or petitions pending with USCIS

By both they mean change your address by filin AR-11 AND call them if you have a case pending.
