this is a very serious consequence indeed.
Marry, you are already in right age, and since the USA seems like won't pass the Dream Act since you are already oldddddddddddddddddd....
You wouldn't want to start college at your mid's 30's won't you?
then make a move fast of finding a lady for you,
anyway, as far as I know, you have to filled out a SEVIS, I don't know exactly now what it means, but it stated that the very least money you need is about $21000 annually, to be able to get an F1 visa.
It might be possible to change your status to f1 or change your status,
the USCIS says that in order to change status from F1, you should be able to state why the change of status is substatially late....
but also a great trigger to get deported, if they ever deny your application to F1.
you said that you came here in USA illegally when you are 14 years old, that would be 6-7 years ago...

you can't change to F-1 status because you are out of status (or even illegally present). You can't get F-1 visa because as soon as you leave the US you will be subject to a ban of 10 years on entering the US.

The only way for you to ever legalize - get married to a US citizen.

I remember reading that since you were brought here as a child, there is a way for you to be forgiven , and not have to leave the country for 10 years.... but you gotta do this before you turn 21.... google this, and also consult a lawyer..... i think there is a way to resoplve this...

Overstay is not subject to entry bar only if one is under 18. S/he has overstayed 3 years after becoming 18, 10 years entry bar will be applied.

They need to talk to lawyer, but it's pretty tough situation.
